Bollywood actress with the best fashion sense and why?

At the start, let me make it very clear that neither the heading nor the topic of this write-up is my brainchild. This heading was actually a question asked in one of the written interview rounds that I appeared for, long time back. Obviously, I didn’t get selected, as usual (*Winks*). So, please don’t blame me for coming up with such a boring headline. You know, it’s not my type (*Ahem*).

But yes, if you get bored after reading this write-up then you can surely curse me for writing such a crap because I assure you that each and every single word of it originated straight from my heart. To be very frank, I was having an itch since long to share this write-up with all of you. Why should I alone get bored? Aren’t you a part of my life too? YES, you definitely are a very important part of my life. So, now read this blog and get bored (*Laughs Out Loud*).

Well, here is my take on the Bollywood (Indian Film Industry) actress with the best fashion sense and why? The write-up dated 24th June 2016 (with a few edits) –

After reading this topic, my brain cells literally froze for a moment. In this era, when everyone around seems to be so fashion conscious and picture perfect, to think about only one actress with the best fashion sense is really a tough task. To be very honest, choosing just one actress from the long list of actresses is so unfair and I do hope that the rest of them will forgive me. Well, I am actually trying to save my neck with the last statement (*Smiles*).

From Rekha to Ileana D’Cruz everyone in the Indian Film Industry just seems best at their fashion sense. I had to actually request my mind to please concentrate on the fashion sense of the actress rather than drooling thinking about the actresses themselves so that I can pen down my thoughts “in the limited time available”.

Fashion for me is a blend of attitude, comfort, and attraction. So, keeping in mind these three major criteria’s, I evaluated and finally came up with that one name, from the long list of Bollywood actresses that in my opinion has the best fashion sense. She is none other than Yami Gautam – A Diva whose fashion sense always leaves me astonished.

Whether it’s a simple casual look, a formal appearance, a party occasion or a traditional ethnic wear, you name it, and she carries every look with utmost elegance and beauty. Her attire, make-up, jewellery, everything just seems to be in the right proportion, as if embracing the occasion. Yami indeed knows how to carry herself and most importantly with the right attitude.

She looks stunning in both Western and Traditional outfits. One can very well vouch for this point, after seeing the movie Vicky Donor, in which she has very gracefully carried the formal look of a bank executive, at the same time, she has looked very elegant and beautiful in that 9-yard Indian Attire known as Saree.

Yami has evolved a lot from the time she was first seen on the small screen, to her appearances in movies like Vicky Donor, Badlapur etcetera. Whether it’s her on-screen or off-screen appearances, her fashion sense always helps her outperform on all the occasions and makes her look elegant and a real Diva in the true sense.

I think she is the Dark Horse (Mare) of Bollywood, whose fashion sense is not much talked about, as of now. However, I am quite sure that everyone will agree on one point that Yami carries herself very well. Now, that’s what fashion is all about, carrying oneself well, isn’t it?

Yami Gautam, you are indeed one of the actresses, who have the best fashion sense in the industry and you very well define, what and how fashion should be like, in the most elegant way. Keep going, Girl!

A writer at heart and creative at art. Someone who wants his words to leave an impact. Someone who is hungry for genuine feedback and not the number of likes. The thought behind my writing has always been to revolutionize the thought process which is overpowered with the set obsolete parameters, as well as, to bring into life, a new perspective towards everything around us. When I am penning down these lines, the beautiful composition by Mr. Dushyant Kumar Tyagi strikes my mind, "Sirf hungama khada karna mera maksad nahi, Meri koshish hai ki yeh soorat badalni chahiye; Merey seeney mein nahi to terey seeney mein sahi, Ho kahin bhi aag lekin aag jalni chahiye". The meaning of this verse (in my words) is that - My only motive is not of rabble-rousing, but my efforts are directed towards bringing about a change; I want the fire of awareness to lit somewhere, if not in my heart then maybe in yours, but the fire has to lit. Readers are a writer’s strength and one of the motivating factors that keep the writer always alive. All the honest readers are undoubtedly the unbiased mirror of a writer’s content. Hope the readers like my blogs and could correlate with them. It will be an honour if the readers are able to gain something worth from my write ups. At the same time, it will be my pleasure to know your honest views. Each and every single feedback is highly appreciated. So do not hesitate to comment with utmost truth in your words. Keep reading and keep learning. I wish you all a very healthy, happy and a prosperous life. Love to all. Be in touch. Take care and God Bless!
